Refund policy
We want you to adore your unique product and if there is a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace it or refund you with a store credit, as long as it has been returned to us within 28 days of purchase. Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Please email signhild@baobab-batik.com first to obtain a return form. Items returned without a completed return form that clearly states the order number will not be accepted. Please ensure that items are unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. Items that are damaged on receipt will not be eligible for a refund, unless it is clear that the fault is due to the making of the piece.
We recommend sending via an insured service with tracking. All returns are at the customers’ own risk and expense. Please allow up to 30 days shipping time for your return to be shipped and processed. Your refund will be issued in the original method, less any shipping costs.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are liable for postage/shipping fees when returning Baobab Batik items.
- No exchange will be accepted on sale items.
